The Kings did the Lakers a solid tonight by beating the Hornets.  The Lakers vs. Spurs game tomorrow is the biggest of the season for the Lakers.  If the Lakers win their next two games they WILL take the 1st seed in the Western Conference.  they could still take it if they lose one, but it is far from a sure thing.  The 1st seed is huge this year more than most.  The 1-8/4-5 bracket is shaping up to be a significantly easier path to the Finals thanthe 2-7/3-6 bracket (which looks like it will have the Suns, the Mavericks and quite possibly the Spurs).  Not to mention the 1st seed having home court throughout the playoffs (until the Finals of course).  Let’s go you darned Lakers.  Pull shit off.
