The Suns are now 3-5 with Shaq in the lineup. The trade has ruined what was one of the most popular franchises in the NBA. People loved the run-and-gun style of the Suns. They were very, very fun to watch and were really good for the NBA. They brought the “west coast” style of basketball back to the NBA in a big way and it’s really sad to see this trade ruin the team. It has literally ruined the Suns.
Amare Stoudamire seems to get way better stats with the lineup change, and statistically even Shaq looks pretty good. This of course shows exactly how meaningless statistics can be. The only statistic that matters is 3-5.
Steve Kerr is gonna be back with TNT broadcasting games within 2 years. He made a gamble, and it’s one that isn’t gonna work out.
