If the playoffs started today the Lakers would face the Mavericks.  If today’s game was any indication that would be one hell of a seven-game series.  It would be one that would worry me as well.  The Lakers are the best team in the west right now.  After that I think you have to look to either the Mavs or the Spurs.  The Suns I think are in the bottom half of the playoff bound 8.  The Hornets and Rockets are kind of unknowns at this point (at least to me).  Oh…  then there’s the Jazz.  Shoot.  They might actually be #2.Great days for NBA junkies.  Great days.
